The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has claimed that majority of universities in Pakistan are not able to offer online education.
After a proper assessment, the HEC has said that out of 205 only 40 universities in Pakistan had well-established online learning management systems amid the Covid19.
It must be noted that the education system in Pakistan and the rest of the world has taken a new shape and has shifted to an online learning system from a traditional way of teaching.
However, due to some unending issues of the internet, lack of skills, and absence of the sense of digitalization in teachers and students proved that Pakistan will need some more time to shift its traditional education system into an online process in order to save time and compete other nations in this race.
