Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the much-anticipated 15 Ultra, following the release of the Xiaomi 15 and 15 Pro. As reported by MySmartPrice, the 15 Ultra has recently received certification in China with the model number 25019PNF3C, indicating that its launch is imminent.
Satellite Connectivity and Charging Details
Certification listings confirm that the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will support satellite connectivity. However, this capability will likely remain exclusive to China, as it relies on the Tiantong satellite system operated by China Telecom. This system provides coverage mainly within China and nearby regions, including parts of the Indian and Pacific Oceans.
In addition, Xiaomi has chosen to retain 90W wired charging for the 15 Ultra, consistent with its predecessors, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and 14 Ultra. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is expected to be unveiled in the first quarter of 2025. Following the pattern set by the launch of the 13 Ultra at MWC 2023 in February, Xiaomi is likely to reveal the 15 Ultra during MWC 2025, which will take place from March 3 to 6. As the event draws nearer, Xiaomi is anticipated to release more details about the 15 Ultra, offering insights into its features and capabilities.
