ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has ordered the removal of Lieutenant General (retd) Asad Durrani from the ECL.
Hearing the petition to remove the name of Lieutenant General (retd) Asad Durrani from the ECL. Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court Athar Minallah ruled on the case after hearing the parties.
The apex court in its order said that Asad Durrani has the same rights as ordinary citizens as given in the constitution. Looking at the entire record, no inquiry is pending against Asad Durrani at present.
