Bahar_E_Kashmir is a family festival that is going to start on 17 September and will expand to 3 October. The event includes Qawali nights and other joyous events for the families. The purpose of this festival is to generate revenue and also to promote tourism in the city. It is the second edition of this festival; last year was also a big hit.
