Big Cheese of Pakistan Real Estate Industry and a prominent name among the section of media, politicians, business empires, generals, and bureaucracy – Malik Riaz, has been barred to enter the UK for 10 years over his involvement in financial irregularities back in Pakistan.
The London High Court has rejected the Malik Riaz appeal and revoked the visa for 10 years citing the corruption charges being investigated against Malik Riaz in Pakistan’s courts. Court also ruled that they cannot allow a Corrupt individual to live in the UK.
UK high court also ruled that Malik Riaz’s Bahria Town deposited money into Fake Accounts ….revealed that Bahria Town had used ‘artificial’ joint venture instruments and ‘artificial’ real estate gains to disguise ‘kickbacks’ as ostensibly legitimate gains.
