The owner of chickens in the Indian state of Orissa has registered an FIR against the Baratis for killing 63 chickens, due to wedding drums and loud music.

According to Indian media, Ranjit Kumar Preda, a resident of Orissa, has lodged a unique FIR in which it is stated that 63 of my chickens have died and this is due to a wedding ceremony held last night.

The FIR states that in the middle of the night, a procession with drums and ear-splitting music was passing near the poultry farm, which killed 63 of my chickens.

According to the owner of the poultry farm, my doctor told me that the chickens had a heart attack due to loud music.

Police have registered an FIR against the baratis at the request of the owner of the poultry farm but no action has been taken so far. On which I have sought compensation from the organizers of the Barat and have lodged an FIR for non-payment.
