On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa issued a message. According to a statement issued by DG ISPR, General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that Pakistani women had rendered immense services to enhance the nation’s honor and dignity.
In a message issued on Women’s Day, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that Pakistani women are also at the forefront of the fight against Covid-19. The Army Chief said that women in uniform had done an excellent service to the nation and humanity.
It should be noted that today, International Women’s Day is being celebrated all over the world, including Pakistan; whether at home or office, hospital or battlefield, women in every field displayed their talents.
In this regard, various events are being organized across Pakistan to raise awareness of women’s rights and appreciate their efforts. The struggles of women who play an essential role in society and their efforts will be welcomed. Besides, rallies will be held in different areas on the occasion of International Women’s Day. On the other hand, on the occasion of International Women’s Day, Chief Election Commissioner Sikandar Sultan Raja said in a message that I want to reiterate the effective participation of women and all sections of society in the electoral process by the Election Commission. Realizes that the role of women in society is essential for social, economic, and political development.
