Former Special Assistant to Prime Minister Imran Khan Dr. Zafar Mirza has said that more Pakistanis could die this time than Covid. The death toll is also rising.

Former Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Dr. Zafar Mirza has also warned in this regard. He tweeted on the social networking website Twitter. “Covid is spreading fast and more Pakistanis may die this time than last time,” He added that Covid was spreading rapidly but, the PDM had decided to continue the rally despite the ban. This is very irresponsible. I hope politicians will take the nails of reason and care more about people’s lives than politics.

It should be noted that the second wave of covid-19 has further disturbed the citizens. In the last 24 hours, 37 people have died from the covid while 2208 new cases have been reported across the country. According to the details, the number of confirmed cases of Covid in Pakistan has reached 363,380. According to the latest figures from the National Command and Operations Center, 2,208 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, including 111,626 in Punjab, 157,432 in Sindh, 42,815 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and 16 in Balochistan. 529, 4,467 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 24,871 in Islamabad, and 5,640 in Azad Kashmir.

So far 5 million 18 thousand 483 people have been tested across the country, 38 thousand 544 new tests have been done in the last 24 hours, so far 325 thousand 788 patients have recovered while the condition of 1 thousand 551 patients is critical.
