Bill Gates acknowledges Pakistan’s coronavirus success and reaffirms support for ending polio.
General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Co-Chairman Qamar Javed Bajwa addressed the Covid 19 reactivity in Pakistan and a resumption of polio in the telephone conversation.
Bill Gates appreciated the assistance and covers of Pakistan ‘s army for national polio campaign. The military chief attributed to common staff, including mobile teams, police officials and health representatives the initiative to achieve polio-free Pakistan.
Both addressed the significance of the polio campaign during the pandemic effectively.
Notwithstanding financial constraints, Bill Gates also praised the success of Pakistan against the novel coronavirus. The military chief claimed that the progress of the project was achieved by the NCOC system, which enabled the resources to be optimised.
