The Special Assistant had said in his statement that Firdous Underpass was a rare gift of the provincial government to the people of Lahore. Moreover, this underpass constructed near Firdous Market has been named Lal Shahbaz Qalandar Underpass. Perhaps Special Assistant Firdous Ashiq Awan was not familiar with this name. Also, maybe her purpose was only to add Firdous’s name.
