According to Bangladeshi media, he did not wake up late on Sunday morning when his father peeked into the room where he was seen hanging from a fan.

On his information, the police broke down the door and took out his body. The local police have declared the death of Sajib Hussain as a case of suicide and started an investigation. Mohammad Sozib started his career in 2018 and scored ten runs at an average of 5 in 3 matches. However, he did not get a chance to play professional cricket since 2018. Sujee was not part of the upcoming Bangabandhu Bandhu T20 Cup drafts.
