Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Munir Akram, has said that Prime Minister Imran Khan will again present Kashmir’s position in his address to the General Assembly. He said that this year’s session would be hybrid, but Pakistan would fully present its position. Talking to media in New York, Munir Akram said that Pakistan had made a name for itself globally with its successful strategy against the coronavirus.
He said that the speech of the heads of state in the General Assembly would be aired through video link. He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan would also highlight essential issues like Islamophobia in the General Assembly’s 75th session. Besides, the Prime Minister would address the Financing, Development, and Biodiversity Summit. He further said that Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi would address the Beijing Women’s Conference.
