A 70-year-old woman, who was raped in the Khushab district of Punjab, died of her injuries. The tragic incident took place eight days ago in the village of Jhajja on the outskirts of Khushab, where a woman named Mehran was raped by a young man named Ahmad Din.
After which the woman was rushed to the hospital in critical condition where she could not recover. The culprit is still at large. While such growing incidents across the country have caused a wave of concern, there is also grief and anger among the people. The people are demanding the immediate arrest of the perpetrators.
