The police on Wednesday arrested a man for assaulting a 13-year-old physically challenged girl in Kunshi area of Butyal in Bisham tehsil.
As per the local media reports, the victim lodged an FIR, stating that her neighbor identified as Arshad Ali had assaulted her the other day.
She said the accused also threatened her father of consequences if he approached the police.
