An Afghani citizen in F-9 Park Islamabad has gouged out both the eyes of a person.
According to the details, an Afghani citizen Syed Muhammad while carrying a stick in his hand attacked Sohail Hassan who was doing his usual exercise in F-9 Park.
The details revealed that the victim was first stabbed with a stick and then his eyes were gouged out with fingers by Syed Muhammad.
As per the details shared by the police, the attacker was arrested by the Police the very next day and was booked in the case.
The police have said that the attacker who is an Afghani citizen has already confessed to seriously attacking and injuring the person.
