Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has updated a new profile picture on her Twitter account. The new photo of her father Nawaz Sharif in which he is seen sitting in a fighter jet. This picture of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif was taken during the inspection of a Pakistan Air Force fighter jet which Maryam Nawaz chose as her new profile picture. Thousands of her followers also shared her new DP. However, some journalists and government officials believe that the majority of Maryam Nawaz’s followers are fake accounts.
Maryam Nawaz Sharif presented this profile picture at a time when her father and former Prime Minister have changed the direction of their politics from London in a particular direction, in his controversial speeches to defame state institutions. Due to this, a case of treason has also been registered against him.

He is trying to dispel the impression of treason allegations by posting pictures taken in the past with Nawaz Sharif’s supporters on social media. Maryam Nawaz’s new profile picture may also be an attempt to refute the same allegation of treason, through this picture she wants to give the impression that her father’s loyalties are with this country and state.
It may be recalled that Nawaz Sharif had claimed a few days ago that the JF-17 Thunder was built during his tenure.
