ISLAMABAD: Member of the Provincial Assembly (MPA) Abida Raja s husband and Sessions Judge had an altercation in Islamabad’s Red zone. Additional Sessions Judge Tariq Jahangir opened fire on the other party; Police has arrested both accused and transferred to the secretariat police station.
According to details, a firing incident took place at a petrol pump located in the federal capital’s red zone. Police have taken the accused into custody and shifted him to the police station. The man who attacked the Land Cruiser slapped the CCTV and pushed another person already stationed at the petrol pump to fill his car.
The victim opened fire from inside the vehicle. After the incident, the police took the parties into their custody and transferred them to the police station. Sources said that one of the arrested accused is the husband of a ruling party MPA, while the other is a law ministry official.
