Hamza Ali Abbasi Reflects on Love, Faith, and Finding His Soulmate

Pakistani actor Hamza Ali Abbasi recently opened up about his journey to finding true love, sharing heartfelt insights during an appearance on Haute Talk with Amna Haider Isani. The Legends of Maula Jatt star revealed the challenges he faced in love and relationships before meeting his wife, Naimal Khawar, crediting faith and divine guidance for his transformation.

Abbasi admitted that he had never truly experienced love in its purest form until he found his soulmate. “In life, I had never experienced love the right way. I had many bad experiences, and I believe the fault was mostly mine. I wasn’t mature enough,” he confessed.

Reflecting on his past, the actor spoke of heartbreak and mistakes, acknowledging that he had both hurt others and been hurt himself. “I’ve broken hearts and had my heart broken too. I feel ashamed for the pain I caused. I’ve sought forgiveness and tried to make amends,” he shared.

Through self-reflection and spiritual growth, Abbasi turned to faith during his darkest moments. He recounted a heartfelt prayer: “I prayed, ‘Oh Allah, I’ve never experienced true love, and I never thought of marriage.’ I trusted Allah, and I believe my prayer was answered. Allah guided me to love someone in a way I couldn’t control—it felt like it was happening on autopilot.”

Abbasi described how his connection with Naimal Khawar brought simplicity and joy into his life. “Allah brought me to someone simple, and I fell in love with Naimal. Our wedding, arranged by Allah, was beautiful and full of blessings. It was simple, just as a wedding should be—focused on love, not extravagance,” he added.

The couple tied the knot on August 25, 2019, in Islamabad and have been happily married for almost six years. Abbasi expressed gratitude for the blessings in his life, crediting his spiritual journey for bringing him peace and love.

Currently, Hamza Ali Abbasi is making headlines for his role in Faraar, a drama written by Mustafa Afridi and directed by Syed Wajahat Hussain and Musadiq Malik.
