New Delhi, the capital of India, has recorded the coldest day of November in 17 years.
According to Indian media, winter has strengthened its icy grip in large parts of northern India.
Especially in New Delhi, the capital of India, where the minimum temperature was recorded at 9.6 this morning.
Indian media added that this is the lowest November temperature in New Delhi since 2003.
Delhi and surrounding areas are in the grip of severe cold.
Earlier in January this year, New Delhi recorded the coldest weather since 1901, breaking the 118-year-old cold record.
