On Baba Guru Nanak's death anniversary, the Sikh Executive Committee declared the Army Chief a hero

Today is the fourth and last day of Baba Guru Nanak’s anniversary celebrations in Kartarpur. On the occasion of Baba Guru Nanak’s death anniversary, Sikhs from all over the world come and perform religious activities. However, on the last day of the celebrations Expressing gratitude to Javed Bajwa and wishing him well, he declared him as his hero.

At Gurdwara Darbar Sahib, Kartarpur, on the occasion of the 481st death anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak, the Sikh community was thanking Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, the Indian government was outraged over the ill-treatment of Sikh pilgrims.

He said that a letter was written by Pakistan to the Indian government to allow the pilgrims to come through the Kartarpur corridor, but India did not allow the pilgrims to come. Sikhs attended Baba Guru Nanak’s 3-day anniversary celebrations from all over the world, and the arrangements made for the facilities of the pilgrims were appreciated on this occasion.

It should be noted that Army Chief General Bajwa has also played a significant role in opening the Kartarpur corridor. When Navjot Singh Sadhu came to Pakistan, the Army Chief had assured him that the Kartapur corridor would be opened soon so that the Sikh community of India could go and worship at Gurdwara Darbar Sahib.
