In order to facilitate the public, Pakistan Railways (PR) has launched a customer service call center which has been set up at the IT Directorate under the special directives of Federal Minister Muhammad Azam Khan Swati, for Railways.
People can now reach out to PR using the call center number 042-99070011 to register grievances, request help, address booking information, and fix travel-related issues. To maintain quality norms, a record of the calls will also be maintained.
Additionally, between 31 January and 10 February, the grievances of 9,000 passengers were reported and resolved.
