Peshawar’s father and daughter set a record by pursuing Ph.D Degree together

At Peshawar Engineering University’s convocation, father and daughter achieved history by receiving Ph.D. degrees on the same day.
Dr. Masood Khan told Mashriq TV that he did not finish his Ph.D. degree on time owing to domestic duties, but that it is a source of satisfaction for him to have received his Ph.D. in the same convocation as his daughter, Dr. Nadia.
He advised people to support both sons and daughters equally and not to discriminate between them. He stated that earning a Ph.D. is not an easy undertaking, but that his daughter worked hard and that he was rewarded for her efforts.
