PML-N decides to expel members of the assembly who met Punjab Chief Minister

PML-N has decided to expel five elected members of PML-N from the party who met Punjab Chief Minister Usman Bazdar. The expelled members of the Punjab Assembly include Ashraf Ansari, Jalil Sharqpuri, Faisal Niazi, Nishat Daha, and Maulvi Ghiasuddin.

The action against the members of the Punjab Assembly came after the signature of PML-N Punjab President Rana Sanaullah. Meanwhile, show cause notices have been issued to party members who were absent from voting on the FATF bill. The notices were issued by the order of Raja Zafar-ul-Haq, Leader of the Opposition in the Senate. PML-N’s Raheela Magsi, Kulsoom Parveen, Dilawar Khan, and Shamim Afridi have been issued show-cause notices.
