For the first time, the Saudi-hosted Professional Golf Tournament for Women (RGGC) will be held at the Royal Greens Golf and Country Club in Jeddah. Saudi Ladies International will be the first Ladies European Tour event to run from November 12 to November 15 with prize money of 10 million dollars.
The event in Saudi Arabia will be the third most expensive tournament in the world after the British and Scottish Open. The tournament was initially scheduled for March but was postponed due to the coronavirus. The event will feature 100 women, including Amy Bolden of Wales, who won the Swiss Open this month.
Saudi Arabia has previously hosted the Saudi International Men’s Tournament in 2019 and this year, making it the third professional tournament.
