ISLAMABAD: India suffered another defeat in the UN Security Council. A demand to remove the Kashmir issue from the agenda was rejected.
According to diplomatic sources, India’s demand to remove the Kashmir issue from the Security Council agenda was declared baseless.
As indicated by strategic sources, India’s interest in eliminating the Kashmir issue from the Security Council plan was announced unmerited.
According to sources, declaring the Indian demand baseless, one member said that no state could unilaterally change the agenda. It was stated in the meeting that the agenda had been formulated following the rules and regulations.
