A social activist and leading journalist from Balochistan Shaheena Shaheen Baloch, was shot dead in Balochistan’s Turbat area.
Three bullets were fired at her. The cause of the murder is currently unknown, said police.
Shaheena Shaheen uncle had received her body from the hospital, and her mother also wanted to reach Turbat to file a police report of Shaheena Shaheen’s murder.
The spokesperson of the Balochistan government Liaquat Shahwani termed the incident “extremely unfortunate” and said that the police are fully cooperating with the deceased’s family.
