Taj Joyo is a Sindhi famous writer and he will be given the highest civil award of Pakistan for pride or performance on March, 2021, but he refused to accept this award. When he was asked that why he refused to accept the civil award, Taj Joyo said he had refused to accept the Civil award not only for the alleged enforced disappearance of his son Sarang Joyo but also for “other injustices” of Sindh government. It is now reported that the Senate Human Rights Committee will raise the issue of the disappearance of Sarang Joyo, son of Taj Joyo, in its August 17,2020 meeting. The committee has summoned NAB chairman Justice (retd) Javed Iqbal as chairman of the Missing Persons Commission and IG Sindh Police Mushtaq Ahmed Mehr.
