Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Syed Zulfi Bukhari has announced that from September 1 next month, pensions will be delivered to the pensioners at their doorstep.
The inauguration ceremony of the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) office in Khyura was attended by Federal Minister for Science and Technology Fawad Chaudhry and Special Assistant to the Prime Minister for Overseas Pakistanis Zulfi Bukhari.
Zulfi Bukhari further said that on pensioner you will get credit card, loan facility. EOBI is being digitized, in the last three months we have accumulated Rs 30 billion.
Zulfi Bukhari said that a summary of EOBI has been sent to the Ministry of Law. Everyone who works will be entitled to EOBI, including freelance journalists and women working in the fields.
