The World Health Organisation (WHO) has listed Pakistan among the seven countries that the world can learn from to fight future pandemics.
Pakistan has successfully controlled the coronavirus curve with limited health infrastructure.
Covid-19 is the respiratory disease caused by the novel coronavirus, so far it has sickened 27.5 million people on the entire planet earth – (except for Antarctica )– and killed over 900,000 people. Coronavirus started in Wuhan, China, in December 2019.
Currently, the whole world under controls and it is spreading rapidly.
WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said many countries’ preparation and response toward Covid-19 offer lessons for the rest of the world to deal with global pandemic countries, including Pakistan, Italy, Thailand, Mongolia, Mauritius, and Uruguay.
He said these seven countries had done a great job, and the rest of the world should learn from them how to fight against future pandemics and viruses.
