A Chef died after he fell into a container of soup. According to Sources he was cooking for guests of a wedding.
25 years Old Issa Ismail worked in a kitchen of a wedding hall when he slipped and fell into the pot of hot chicken soup. He suffered severe burn injuries and was shifted to a hospital, but died after five days. A relative told that he was working as a professional cook for eight years.
